
CorriHand Returns Policy
1. Overview:
At Corrihand, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your hand tool, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange. This returns policy applies to all hand tools purchased from Corrihand either online or in-store.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the hand tool must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement) is required for all returns.

3. Faulty or Defective Products:

If the hand tool you received is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect. We will arrange for the tool to be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the ACL.

4. Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the hand tool within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The tool must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Change of mind returns are subject to the following conditions:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed in the original form of payment.

5. Process for Returns:

Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team at corrihand@outlook.com to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to ship the tool back to us. You will need to provide:

Proof of purchase.

A description of the return issue.

Photographs or video evidence if applicable.

If the claim is approved, Corrihand will provide instructions for returning the tool.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned tool and verifying its condition.

7. Exclusions and Limitations:
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Custom-made or specially ordered tools.

Tools that have been used, modified, or damaged after purchase.

Tools sold as clearance items or marked as "final sale."

Tools that show signs of misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not covered by this returns policy.

8. Return Shipping:

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of the tool.

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Corrihand will cover the return shipping costs.

Corrihand reserves the right to modify or amend this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the amendment.
